Main Focus: Supervise and lead a team of technical staff as they develop, test, modify, and create solutions to technical problems.    Accountabilities: Maintain exisiting equipment and process to meet production demands Improve processes, equipment to meet production demands Manage all operational site projects (capital and maintenance) within capital and maintenance budgets Accountable for the safety, security, environmental regulations for facility operations Develop technical staff to meet the needs of the site Responsibilities: Planning, budgeting, execution, and startup of all maintenance, plant and process projects Maintaining fixed assets list Maintaining documentation for plant processes and equipment Maintenance History Inspections P&iDs SOP - operating parameters for processes Maintenance of process equipment Preventive Maintenance Program Predictive Maintenance Mainte Program Spare parts inventory - critical and non-critical Mechanical Integrity Process monitoring, improvements, and troubleshooting Adhere and support site policies Safety Health Environmental Understand PSM standard and ensure compliance with the standard Maintenance records MOC process Mechanical Integrity Provide Technical support for HAZOPs, MOC and other programs as necessary Maintain and develop Engineering Network (process control network) as necessary Constant communication Data logging Updates Maintain competent working technical staff Skill development- PLC programming, understanding networks, equipment, Autocad Program development- PSM, Predictive Maintenance, Lean, Six sigma Personal development- Leadership, technical expertise Succession plan Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry (other Engineering Degrees may be considered). 10+ years experience with process engineering and operations for a chemical plant 10+ years experience with equipment maintenance in a chemical or petrochemical plant  Proven experience in managing and mentoring engineers. Must be able to effectively communicate to all employees in the company Must have examples of proven benefits to a company: Cost Reduction/Process Improvements/Optimization Projects.  Understands Process Safety Management   Any experience with the following is preferred: MS Office, SAP or other ERP operating systems Must be able to understand and give verbal and written forms of communication to all levels of the organization  Position will require the ability to climb stairs and successfully navigate congested sites without injury. Position will require lifting up to 50 pounds Applicants must pass a background check, physical and drug screen. Salary Range: $80K - $100K

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
