Act as primary administrator for Vonage VoIP Phone System; Responsible for design and deployment of computer labs on campus to include cable management; Determine appropriate hardware and software needs with department manager and network administrator; Install, configure, and maintain a wide range of software and hardware used throughout the College; Configure, maintain and disperse Faculty and Student laptops; Assist users with questions and problems related to software, hardware, and network stations; Develop and maintain current expertise in a variety of application software packages; Occasional shift work and occasional on-call duty may be required; And perform other related duties as required to accomplish the objectives of the position.
Qualifications:
Must have technical knowledge of the techniques and procedures of software and network support for multiple users.
Must understand installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for software, hardware, networking and accessory equipment.
Three years of experience with personal computers, MS Windows, MS Office and cloud-based applications is required.
